We’ve been undertaking a survey in clinic over the last few weeks to find out more about our patient’s experience of treatment. How do our patients hear about us? How do they relate to their practitioners, and do they get the results from treatment that they want? Here’s what we found…

Most patients are referred to us by their friends or family, with 40% finding us that way. We always say a happy patient is our best advert, so we’re thrilled to hear so many of our patients are spreading the word about manual therapy! 30% find us through internet searches, and the other 30% are referred by their GP, physiotherapist or Pilates teacher.

100% of patients said it was “very easy” or “easy” to book an appointment at a convenient time, and 100% were “very satisfied” or “satisfied” with our new clinic’s location and facilities. 93.33% of appointments started on time, and one patient remarked “Always wonderful service, and happy, friendly staff!”

One of the best results we saw in the survey was that all 100% of patients were satisfied with their treatment outcome, with 90% saying they were very satisfied – the highest option on the question! 100% of patients said they trusted their practitioner to act in their best interests, and 97% of patients would feel confident in recommending a friend or family member to the clinic.

We had some great comments here – “I couldn’t fault the treatment and experience I’ve had since attended sessions at the clinic, the care and attention to detail of my practitioner is second to none.”

One patient described the clinic as “a lovely place with lovely people. Would recommend!”

Another said, “I cannot praise the clinic enough. My treatment has been exceptional and there’s always a warm welcome. The icing on the cake would be an adorable, snuggly pooch at reception.”

We’ve taken that last little piece of advice especially seriously! 😉
