I saw Ben with a twisted ankle, he was super friendly & knowledgeable. He did a thorough assessment and gave me some exercises to aid my recovery. He really put my mind at rest

When I came to Ebrook I was in constant pain between my shoulder blades and taking multiple pain killers a day. I have started reformer Pilates and I am not in pain anymore!! The classes are small but so friendly and I never feel uncomfortable walking into class on my own. The instructors are all really kind and the classes have made such a difference. I would really recommend reformer.

I took my mom for the first time last week and we had a pleasant experience. Megan was very friendly and took time to understand my mom's hip issues. She had suffered for 2 years and awaiting pain management on NHS...I wish I took her earlier to ebrook as there are other alternatives. My mom after one treatment is feeling a little better...worth continuing. Good for value and overall peace of mind that alternatives are less invasive.

I needed an emergency appointment with Osteopath Megan M, and she exceeded all expectations. She reduced my pain noticeably in just one visit. She’s incredibly friendly, highly knowledgeable, and genuinely brilliant at what she does. Every penny was worth it.

It was my first time at this clinic and was very pleased with my experience. Sam was lovely, she made me feel very relaxed. Her treatment of my lower back she gave felt strange at the time, but I can honestly say I felt really good when I walked out ! I have now booked another appointment..

Suffering with a pulled muscle for a couple of weeks that was not healing, I had a physio session with Ashleigh Lewis. The treatment has given me the first proper pain relief since it became an issue. Although early days, I feel like I’ve finally turned a corner and I’m hopeful that it’s starting to recover. Big thanks to Ashleigh 🙏🏻
