Sophie is a health and wellbeing enthusiast! She enjoys threading wellbeing through her treatment plans, and takes a 360 degree view on the health of her patients at Ebrook Osteopathy and Sports Clinic. Sophie graduated from the University of Leicester after a brilliant variety of undergraduate experiences, including a five week additional placement in Zanzibar.

Sophie is working with our team in Lichfield and Sutton Coldfield alongside her PhD studies investigating the effect of physical activity, circadian rhythms and health outcomes in the management of long term conditions.

Sophie has specialist interest in performance and lifestyle medicine, biomechanics and holistic healthcare. She brings abundant energy to her treatment programs for patients, and has an infectious enthusiasm for helping people better their health in the long term.
