Personal Trainer and Sports Masseuse
Tom Ellis
Tom originally joined the Ebrook team in 2023 as a personal trainer in our gym studio, Ebrook Fitness. He has a contagious enthusiasm for health and wellbeing, and knows that a healthy and strong body goes hand-in-hand with a healthy mind.
Tom is a champion of the Ebrook community, and encourages his clients and patients to strive for their best possible state of health and wellbeing through exercise and restorative sports massage treatments.
Tom has a strong understanding of human movement, and has adapted his knowledge base as a trainer to make exercise accessible to people coming back from pain and injury. Tom is able to regress and adapt exercises to suit his individual client’s needs, and build them up slowly and sustainably over time.
There are no quick fixes when it comes to our health, but Tom is ready to support you on your journey!
In his spare time Tom enjoys to expand his knowledge, learning from other practitioners and attending courses to further develop his skills and technique. He walks his dogs, trains with Matt at Ebrook Fitness, and plays Badminton and Tennis.
