This ensures they understand how best to support their patient’s feet with Phits insoles, whether that person is a young athlete, or someone struggling with the pain of osteoarthritic changes in their feet. It’s estimated that 80% of us will experience a foot-related issue in our lifetime, and it’s our belief that an insole solution should be as unique as the person it has been designed for.
Once your practitioner has established your support needs, they will design your insole. They have a vast database of thousands of other patient scans to cross-compare, and an established algorithm of success stories from which to seek inspiration. Ultimately though, your insoles are designed to be unique to your footscan results, and to give you symptom relief.

We want our insole designs to be supported with as much technical and scientific backing as possible, and using the Phits system allows us to compare gait scans from our patients against thousands of other foot-scans, to ensure we make insoles that work for you.
Once your foot-scan has been taken, and your practitioner has created your bespoke insole design, they will submit their plan to the 3D printing facility where your unique insoles will be made. This can take around 2 weeks, whereupon your newly made insoles will be delivered back to clinic. Our team will then call you to book in a fitting appointment, where your practitioner will help fit the insoles into your shoes, and give you any additional instructions on how best to start using them.
