PERSONAL TRAINER AND SPORTS THERAPIST

Matt Ward

Matt is the Head Trainer at the Ebrook Fitness studio in Sutton Coldfield, our primary location for gait analysis, athlete assessment and rehabilitation exercise.

The studio has a really well supported, scientific approach to movement and exercise, supporting it’s clients in optimising their strength, range and precision of movement. From people coming back from injury, pain or surgery, to athletes looking to condition and support their craft, Ebrook Fitness looks to the most recent research to evidence their training plans.

Most of our clinical practitioners are happy working in a studio setting, with some of the clinical team leading pilates or conditioning classes at Ebrook Fitness, and running group workshops to help people better understand common conditions such as lower back pain.

Matt’s approach to fitness is for health, happiness and longevity. He helps personal training clients achieve their health and fitness goals, promoting a good self-image and increased confidence in their body. Matt’s training style focuses on resistance and strength training, using resisted and load-bearing exercises to build strong bones, joints and muscles.

If you’d like to learn more about Matt, attend classes, or train 1-to-1 in the studio with him, please visit the Ebrook Fitness website for more information.
