Ashleigh Lewis
Ashleigh is a Physiotherapist who enjoys helping patients with a wide variety of musculoskeletal aches and pains. Asheligh’s career started when she completed her BSc degree in Sports Therapy at The University of Worcester, but ever keen to expand her knowledge and skill set, she soon found herself enrolled at Coventry University, completing a second degree in Physiotherapy in 2021.
Ashleigh puts a real emphasis on improving her patient’s strength and resilience, creating bespoke exercise therapy plans to help them to condition their bodies for the challenges they face. Through her own injury and rehabilitation journey, Ashleigh knows the dedication patients bring to their recovery and matches their energy with forward-thinking treatment programs. Ashleigh has a particular interest in helping people to overcome arthritic pain, or connective tissue injuries such as ligament sprains and tendinitis.
For Ashleigh, every patient is their own kind of athlete – so it doesn’t matter whether she’s helping older adult patients maintain their mobility and independence, or a high level athlete to improve their training for an ultramarathon – Ashleigh values every patient’s goal and puts her energy into helping them to achieve it!
Ashleigh’s skills include:
- Physiotherapy
