Pauline is a Lactation Consultant with an incredible career in NHS and private practice. She began her clinical skill development at the start of her career working as a Registered Nurse in 1987, then a Midwife in 2001, and retains continued professional learning and connections in these professions. Pauline went on to become Specialist Infant Feeding Lead in the NHS Community Trust, establishing teaching pathways for NHS practitioners in 2010, for supporting breast and bottle feeding and tongue tie management.

Pauline works with complex cases including overcoming issues such as building milk supply, re-lactation, faltering growth, reflux, and recognising and treating allergies in babies. Pauline is a tongue tie practitioner, performing frenulotomy (tongue tie cutting) procedures in a holistic, personalised way, combining this clinical approach with her training as an oro-facial myofunctional practitioner.
