Our team attended the 2019 Institute of Osteopathy Awards at the beginning of November, and were thrilled to walk away with not one, but two accolades!
Emily was the first to receive an award – coming in second place in the Principle of the Year category. Being a Principal Osteopath means that Emily has a lot of administrative responsibilities to help keep our team and our clinic running smoothly, and it is this work that has earned her recognition in this category. Emily makes a great effort to make sure that the practitioners working in our clinic are happy, motivated, and have all the resources they need to do an excellent job for their patients.
Hans’ award came next; in the Associate of the Year competition. Hans was awarded second place prize thanks to his dedication to the Ebrook Osteopathy and Sports Clinic, both patients and the rest of his team.
Hans goes above and beyond his job description; continuously studying and updating his skill set, to make sure he is providing the finest patient care possible.
Hans also excels in extra activities outside of work, where he pushes the profile of Osteopathy through his podcast and work with outside organisations.
Our team had a lovely evening at the Awards ceremony, talking to forward thinkers in Osteopathy from all over the UK. These national awards happen only once a year, so our team are delighted to receive two prizes!
