A little goes a looooooooooong way!

You don’t have to run a marathon to experience the benefits of movement. Just 15 minutes of light exercise a day has been shown to give health benefits, including better circulation and digestion. Remember, the first osteopathic principal is that better circulations means better healing!

Consistency is key!

Just like you brush your teeth twice a day, stretching and mobility drills are a great way to keep you feeling limber in between trips to the osteopath. And, just like your dentist, your osteopath can normally tell if you’ve been doing your homework based on your progress since the last appointment. Cumulative gains in flexibility and decreased pain are definite considerations for maintaining a consistent stretching regimen.
