If your target is to improve your body composition, we again have the expertise to help. Our trainers are schooled in nutrition to supplement your training regimen. Increasing lean body mass and reducing body fat can be done in a sustainable way, with individual support from your trainer, delicious recipe suggestions, tracked measurements and all the encouragement you need to achieve your goal.

Your work outs will take place in our air conditioned private training studio. Our trainers use dynamic body weight exercises, TRX and HIIT training techniques to help you achieve your health and fitness goals.

Before you begin exercising with us, you will meet your personal trainer, who will get to know you and what you’d like to achieve from your workouts. They will then design a varied and enjoyable work out and nutritional programme for you to best meet your aims.

In addition to your work outs in the studio, you might like to join us for a weekly outdoor bootcamp.

Every Sunday at 10:00 we meet at New Hall Valley Country Park, at the Wylde Green Road car park, for an outdoor circuits and HIIT class. This is free for GOLD and SILVER training clients, and subsidised for BRONZE training clients.

Those not on a personal training programme are welcome to join our bootcamp classes at a £7.00 pay as you go rate.
